Please read through the page “Eyelash Extensions” for Frequently Asked Questions. By scheduling your appointment you agree to the policies. 1 % of people develop an allergy to the main ingredient in the adhesive, called Cyanoacrylate. There is no way to know, until the lashes are attached, whether you fall into that tiny %. No refunds are given, once the service is complete, under any circumstances. You agree to accept this risk by scheduling your appointments. This is the most important reason for seeing a professional with the most experience, Your health and safety are first and foremost when you come to Lashing Impression. I have been devoted to applying semi permanent eyelash extensions to clients full time since 2008; and in 2020, I received COVID-19 training. Saving a little money by going to discount providers is not a smart option when it comes to your eyes; not only because you want to continue to SEE out of them, but also because they are the windows to YOUR SOUL.:-) When arriving for appointments, please TEXT 9196227665 and WAIT in your vehicle until you receive a text reply from me with instructions. |

- Schedule your ReFills every 2-3 weeks, to maintain your lashes. Schedule in advance, using Vagaro.
- Do not touch, rub or pull on your eyelash extensions with your fingers or anything else.
- Keep your Eyelash Extensions dry for 24 - 48 hours after EACH appointment.
- You may wash your face in the sink using a washcloth, & an OIL-FREE cleanser, avoiding the eye area.
- ALL oil based products applied to your face may travel to the eye area. USE WITH CAUTION.
- Oil breaks down the adhesive and causes premature eyelash extension loss.
- Avoid saunas, facials, & swimming within 2 days of application.
- Use caution when cooking. If your lashes get close to a hot oven, the tips will be singed. Turn your head away from the oven when placing anything in or out. Avoid a boiling, steamy pot on the stove.
- Eyelash Curlers will damage your eyelashes.
- Cotton fibers get caught in the lash extensions (q-tips, swabs, face pads, clothing etc..)
- Wash your lashes carefully, when needed, using oil free cleanser, a soft cloth or lint free applicators.
- Mascara should not be used, as it will cause the extensions to fall out.
- Do not attempt to remove any lashes on your own, unless one is bothering you, then carefully tweeze out.
- Brush your lashes daily to keep them separated.
- Use the Lash fresh conditioner sparingly, in the mornings, to groom, protect & to make them shine & last longer.
- Use VAGARO to log in, schedule and manage your appointments several weeks in advance.
- Please provide at least 24 hours advance notice when needing to reschedule or cancel Refills. If less than 24 hours, Vagaro will not allow you to make changes, so you must text me. A $25 Fee will be due for ReFill appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice. $75 Fee for Full Set Appointments!
- Please ensure your lashes are thoroughly clean and makeup-free when arriving for each appointment.
- “Sleep” Or skin cells build up on the base of your lashes overnight and should be cleaned out to avoid clogging the lash hair follicles.
- Your lashes are constantly shedding and a new lash begins growing afterwards. This means you can lose lashes the very day of your appointments. Do not be alarmed, as this is normal. The way you sleep affects the growth and condition of your eyelashes. Using silk pillowcases and or a concave lash/eye mask may help.
- Please do not move and be as still as possible during eyelash extension application.
